Dr. Shawna Dingman

B.Sc (Hons), D.C., F.I.C.P.A

Shawna is the founder of Elevate Women’s Health Centre and a chiropractor with a passion for helping people better understand and support their health in sustainable ways.

Through years of working with patients, she has seen how overwhelmed many people feel by conflicting nutrition advice, restrictive diets, and the pressure to “do everything perfectly.” Her approach focuses on simplifying healthy eating through practical principles that support energy, long-term wellbeing, and a healthier relationship with food.
